Delivery and installation availability depends on your event location and our schedule.

2. How much is your delivery or mileage fee?

Our delivery and travel fees are based on the distance from our home ZIP code, 77373 (Spring, Texas).

• 0–20 miles: $75

• Over 20 miles: Starting at $85, increasing based on distance and location.

Delivery fees are separate from balloon décor pricing unless otherwise specified in your quote.

Additional charges may apply for large installations, difficult access, parking, or special delivery requirements.

4. How far in advance should I book?

Booking earlier is always encouraged, especially for weekends and holidays.

Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability.

5. Is a deposit required to reserve my date?

Yes! A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your event date or balloon order. Your specific retainer amount and payment schedule will be included in your quote.

Your date is not officially reserved until the required payment has been received.

6. Can I customize my balloon colors and design?

Absolutely! Customization is what we love!

We offer a wide selection of balloon colors and can coordinate your arrangement with your event theme, invitation, brand colors, or inspiration photos.

Specialty balloons, custom printing, personalized names, and additional design elements may require an additional fee.

7. Do you offer balloon delivery without a full party setup?

Yes! You don't need to host a large event to enjoy beautiful balloons.

We offer balloon deliveries for birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations, graduations, baby showers, and other special occasions.

Whether you're sending a balloon gift or decorating a space, we'll help you find something special.

8. Can balloons be installed outdoors?

Yes, but outdoor balloon installations require special consideration.

Houston's heat, humidity, direct sunlight, wind, and rain can significantly affect balloons.

For best results, we strongly recommend placing balloon décor in a shaded or covered area.

Balloons installed outdoors may oxidize, fade, expand, or pop. We cannot guarantee how long outdoor balloons will last due to weather conditions.

9. How long will my balloons last?

Balloon longevity depends on the balloon type, environmental conditions, and how the balloons are handled.

Air-filled balloon garlands and installations can often last several days or longer when kept indoors in a climate-controlled environment.

Helium-filled balloons generally have shorter float times, depending on their material, size, and treatment.

For the best appearance, keep balloons away from direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects, and extreme temperatures.

10. Do you set up the balloon decorations?

Yes! Professional installation is available for our balloon décor services.

Our team will arrive during your scheduled setup window to create and install your balloon arrangement.

Setup time varies based on the size and complexity of the installation. Please ensure the venue is accessible and ready when our team arrives.

11. Do you return to remove the balloon decorations?

Balloon removal or breakdown is not automatically included unless specified in your quote.

If you would like our team to return and remove the decorations, please request this service in advance. Additional fees may apply.

12. Can you deliver to hotels, restaurants, offices, or event venues?

Yes! We deliver and install balloons at homes, businesses, restaurants, hotels, event venues, schools, and other approved locations.

Please confirm that your location accepts balloon deliveries and permits balloon installations.

For venues with specific delivery windows, loading instructions, or decoration restrictions, please share that information before booking.

13. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Customer safety and the quality of our work are important to us.

Severe weather, heavy rain, or high winds may prevent outdoor balloon installations from being completed safely.

We recommend having an indoor or covered backup location available for outdoor events.

Any weather-related changes will be discussed based on the circumstances and your booking terms.

14. Can I make changes to my balloon order after booking?

We understand that party plans sometimes change!

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your colors, design, or delivery details.

However, changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges, particularly if custom materials have already been ordered or prepared.

15. Are your balloon arrangements suitable for children?

Yes! Balloon décor is perfect for children's celebrations, but adult supervision is always recommended.

Uninflated balloons and broken balloon pieces can present a choking hazard to young children. Please keep them away from children and pets.
